REFUND POLICY
This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased via The Growcademy's website.
1. Consumer Rights and the Consumer Rights Act 2015
You have a right to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not delivered as agreed, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Physical products: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (“Cancellation Period”), subject to the terms below. To cancel, please contact us at hello@thegrowcademy.com or via our website, before the end of the Cancellation Period.
Digital services: Where you are a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your contract for digital services within 14 days from the day the contract is formed, unless:
You acknowledged that your right to cancel would be lost once the service began or the digital content was accessed; and
You have explicitly consented to us starting the service or providing access to digital content during the cancellation period.
4. Return of Goods
Physical products: If you cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
Digital services: Where you are a consumer, if you cancel within 14 days and have not accessed or downloaded the digital content, a full refund will be issued. However, if you have accessed or started using the digital content, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and no refund will be issued. Where you are not a consumer, refunds are at our sole discretion.
5. Refunds
We will refund you upon receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition (as determined by us acting reasonably), using the original payment method. We may make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced due to your handling.
6. Exclusions
Some goods we sell are exempt from this returns policy – this include perishable items, custom-made or personalised items and products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g. where a seal has been broken). If you require more information contact us at hello@thegrowcademy.com.
